Riders associated with Zapit may work as independent contractors or temporary workforce partners based on the agreed contract.

Zapit does not guarantee permanent employment.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide clear operational requirements
• Ensure timely payments
• Maintain proper communication
• Follow agreed service terms

4. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made as per the agreed invoice cycle. Delayed payments may attract penalties or suspension of services.

5. Liability

Zapit shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party issues
• Losses due to client operational failures
• Rider misconduct beyond reasonable control

6. Rider Conduct

Riders must maintain valid documents, comply with laws, and follow client delivery standards.

7. Termination

Zapit reserves the right to terminate rider or client agreements in case of misconduct, non-payment, fraud, or violation of terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All Zapit branding, website content, and materials remain the property of Zapit.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed under the laws of India.
